It was at his request that a railway station was built, to serve the suburb he had envisaged. The Raynes Park Tavern is in South West London on the High Street opposite the railway station. The bar offers a good selection of draught beers and a choice of five real ales.
Known locally as the Cave, we are one of the best kept secrets in SW London, but not for long. Once people have discovered the Cavern, they keep returning to see some of the best musicians around. We are fussy about who we put on so you can guarantee seeing some excellent musicians Wednesdays through to Sundays.
